Happy Rice Month!
I made some pretty awesome brown chicken fried rice today. I found out that by soaking the brown rice in water for 30 minutes or so before cooking it leads to tender brown rice, apparently it’s easier to digest that way too. So then I put some onions, carrots, peas, corn, chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, and eggs in a skillet and rocked that! After that I basically ate chicken friend rice for about 1 week.
